Main duties of the job

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver High-Quality Clinical Care: Provide day-to-day podiatry services, ensuring the needs of patients are always your top priority.
  • Lead with Compassion: Demonstrate empathetic leadership skills, inspiring colleagues by modelling excellent clinical practice and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Drive Transformation: Contribute to the creation and rollout of new care models, positively impacting and enhancing the patient experience throughout Harrow.
  • Collaborate Across Sectors: Partner with local CCGs, PCNs, the Local Authority, and acute Trusts to strengthen ties and deliver cohesive care.
