Job summary

Main duties of the job

As Physiotherapist you will:

Manage a clinical caseload with autonomy.

Demonstrate knowledge, experience & relevant clinical skills for patients with complex/long term conditions, falls, orthopaedics & general mobility problems

Undertake comprehensive assessment, provide therapeutic diagnosis using investigative, advanced analytical skills, specialist listening, physical & observational skills, interpret clinical findings/documentation & implement agreed treatment plans

Monitor & evaluate treatment to measure progress/outcomes to ensure effectiveness of interventions & service delivery

Develop programmes of care to support discharge

Contribute to clinical leadership/supervision facilitating a culture of learning/reflective practice

Have high level communication & excellent interpersonal skills

Compliance with clinical governance being responsible for ensuring Infection Control policy / procedures are followed

Have the ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends & bank holidays
