In this role, you’ll focus on empowering patients through effective symptom management, helping them take control of their health, wellbeing, and recovery. Using a variety of therapeutic approaches and self-management strategies, you’ll play a key role in enabling lasting, meaningful change.

You’ll be involved in shaping and developing the service, delivering both one-to-one and group interventions, and working within a forward-thinking multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality, evidence-based practice.

If you’re passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
