Patient Pathway Co-ordinator

Job overview

Barts Centre for reproductive medicine is looking for a patient pathway coordinator to join our team. This person will have varied responsibilities including management of patient waiting list, scheduling appointments, and communicating with patients and GPs to ensure excellent patient care.

This role is critical to the running of the unit and requires a skilled and engaged person with excellent patient communication and organisation skills.

The post holder will be expected to be onsite 5 days a week, there may be the opportunity for flexible working, WFH in the future. We are open to applications from people with no prior NHS experience but have good experience in customer service.

Main duties of the job

• Attendance at meetings as appropriate including team meetings and scheduling meeting as required. •    To ensure that quality standards are met with regard to: case notes and results availability. Patient charter standards. Information to patients and GPs. •    You may be required to cover work elsewhere
