This includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting internal communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also supervise and appraise identified administrative staff within the team, contributing to a positive and productive working environment. This is a varied and rewarding role that supports meaningful involvement of service users, carers and families in shaping services. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a busy, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage shared inboxes, respond to enquiries, and support the organisation of Values-Based Recruitment interview panels. The role also involves contributing to audits, service development, and the creation of policies and procedures. You will supervise and support junior administrative staff, assist with diary management, and ensure confidential information is handled in line with Trust policy.
