Main duties of the job

• Following training, the post holder will be working alongside nurses and clinicians to assist with delivery of care to patients when attending clinics. •    The post holder will be expected to undertake in-house training regarding the different equipment. •    Assist in the education and training of new staff when needed. •    Work with all members of the multi-professional team (nursing, medical, staff, allied health professionals, support workers and all members of the management team). •    To support qualified nursing staff in providing high quality individualised care to a define group of service users. Working in a manner that promotes dignity and human rights through the adoption of person centered care principles. •    You will be allocated to different sites (St Georges, Nelson Community Centre and Queen Mary’s Hospital and Future Satellites under St Georges)
