We are seeking an Office Manager to join the Eating Disorders service on a full time basis. You will be based within the CAMHS Eating Disorders Service at Raglan House in Oxford and will be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient admin support to the clinical teams and admin staff. The role is integral to ensuring the service is well organised, compliant with processes and operationally effective. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work within a fast‑paced and dynamic service. It will suit an individual who is adaptable, highly organised and motivated by contributing to service improvement.

The Office Manager will work closely with the Team Manager to support the ongoing development of the service and administrative systems, as well as overseeing the smooth and effective running of the Raglan House reception.
The role offers a range of learning and development opportunities, including involvement in service development projects and initiatives. The post holder will also have the opportunity to build professional networks across the Directorate, gaining a broader understanding of how mental health services are delivered across Oxfordshire
