To work with Occupational Therapy Professional lead and Headed of Occupational Therapy to agree strategic professional action plans and implementation.
To provide Occupational Therapy advice to the MDT
To provide specialist Occupational Therapy input to the planning, development and evaluation of clinical services, holding responsibility for defined projects.
The post holder will offer specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to a case load of clients of complex needs. Assessments and interventions will identify barriers and support clients to achieving functional goals.
The post holder will contribute to the planning, development, provision and evaluation of the Occupational Therapy Services within the North View inpatient Division as well as taking a lead in aspects of audit, standard setting, research and development.
