Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse to work with Avon Partnership Occupational Health Service.

This post will offer the opportunity to gain experience within the Screening Nurse role, which supports the health and wellbeing of healthcare workers within the NHS and external clients and is the first step towards a career in Occupational Health nursing.

As a member of the occupational health team, you will be required to provide an occupational health surveillance, screening, telephone advice and immunisation service under the direction of the Nurse specialist/Lead Nurse, having freedom to act within the policies & practice of the Partnership. You will provide a service of excellence, which is primarily responsible for meeting the needs of Trust employees, but also external contracts from both the private & public sector.
