We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking Band 4 Qualified Nursing Associate. You will work within the community nursing out of hours service, providing home-based care led by Community Nurses. This post is for the evening service who work 7pm-11pm. We are part of the Integrated Community Services Division, who provide a multitude of services within Bolton.  Experience of working within a community is not essential as the successful candidates will receive a full supportive induction when they join the Division and the team.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

As a qualified nursing associate, you will be part of our team of community nurses delivering high quality care to people living in their own homes. This includes delivering wound care, medications, end of life care and continence care. You will be given a comprehensive induction to support your transition into community working.

You must have a full UK Driving Licence and a car you can use for work purposes.
