Job summary

Main duties of the job

The role of the Nursing Associate is to work with the Registered Nurse and other members of the multi professional team, providing and monitoring care and contributing to the ongoing assessment, as agreed with the supervising clinician(s) and in line with the service pathways. They will monitor the condition and health needs of people within their care on a continual basis in partnership with the multi professional team

To provide a wide range of nursing care as determined by service requirements and delegated by a registered practitioner at the level required of a Nurse Associate. All concerns and queries would be escalated to the Registered Nurse on duty who will provide advice and guidance.
