We are proud to share this fantastic opportunity for a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join the team in the Emergency Department.

We are seeking applications from Nursing Associates who have the ability and determination to learn, to gain new skills and competencies, who are motivated to develop the highest standards of care and who are committed to continuous improvement.

Main duties of the job

Joining us, you will be part of a close, supportive team, taking personal ownership for the levels of care our patients receive. You’ll be at the forefront, providing the highest standard of evidence based and research informed care. You’ll plan, assess and implement individual care programmes to those who need it most, and maintain a compassionate, caring and safe environment for all.

As a member of our team, you will use your extensive understanding and knowledge of evidence based practice to enhance the care of our patients. Your ability to plan and evaluate nursing care will be crucial as part of our team.
