The role of the NRC case manager is integral to the patient journey and interdisciplinary team. This role drives the coordination of admission, management of the patient journey and rehabilitation programmes, and discharge from the NRC whilst maintaining a key liaison role for families and carers. The post holder will be experienced in senior healthcare leadership, coordination of patient pathways, aligning professional and patient expectations and driving timely clinical decision making. The post holders will promote the clinically excellent model of rehabilitation at the NRC ensuring strong and visible clinical leadership throughout the patient journey.

Planning for the NRC is in its advanced stages, and the building will be ready in the summer of 2025. This role will be temporarily based at City Hospital until we move to the 70 bed NRC facility in summer 2025.
