Join our Children’s Care Group administration team and play a meaningful role in supporting children, young people and families across Doncaster, Rotherham and Scunthorpe. We have a number of exciting opportunities in our admin team, with several vacancies available across these locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, compassionate and motivated to support a range of Children’s Care Group pathways, including physical health, mental health and neurodevelopmental services. You’ll be a warm and professional first point of contact for families, clinicians and partner agencies, ensuring smooth coordination from referral through to appointments, assessments and follow‑up. The work is varied, rewarding and central to helping children and young people access timely support across multiple service areas.

Provide a confidential, high‑quality administrative service , supporting an identified pathway as part of the Single Point of Contact model. Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients, carers, staff and external agencies via telephone, written and face‑to‑face contact, applying discretion at all times. Create, update and maintain accurate electronic and paper patient records on SystmOne, including referrals, recalls, waiting lists, rotas and caseloads, ensuring high data quality. Manage appointments, clinics, groups and assessments, issuing letters, invitations and reminders promptly and tracking activity to agreed timescales. Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, post handling, prescription requests and the production of confidential clinical and safeguarding documentation.Liaise effectively with multi‑agency partners . Monitor service inboxes, task lists, emails and texts in line with protocols. Order supplies, maintain stock levels and support team meetings, note taking, room booking and interpreter arrangements. Provide cross‑cover during sickness or absence, support induction of new staff and contribute to service improvements. Participate in supervision and PDR, maintain professional standards, promote high‑quality patient care within the multidisciplinary team, undertake Fire Marshal duties where appropriate, and work flexibly across locations to ensure continuity of service.
