Job overview

The Neurology Team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust have a long established commitment to those with multiple sclerosis (MS).  Based at Wexham Park, the post holder will be part of the wider MS service which covers all 3 sites and required to work across the footprint of the organisation, including carrying out visits to the patients home.  Multidisciplinary team (MDT) working is an essential part of this role. Main duties of the job

Safe delivery of MS therapies and management of multiple sclerosis patients across the whole disease trajectory from diagnosis to end of life. Facilitating treatment pathways of emerging/established NICE approved MS therapeutics and also the care and support of all FHFT MS patients to include any  task that benefits the neurology MS clinical service. Providing home visits to patients who are unable to attend clinic appointments. You will be involved in the wider MDT discussions/meeting and actively participate and on occasions lead these regarding the care of people with MS.
