At NHS Highland we have a full-time vacancy within our Estates Department for a Multi Skilled Trades Technician covering the Inverness/Ross/Skye Community Areas
The successful candidate will carry out mechanical, plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair of building services, plant and equipment, which contributes to the provision of excellent patient care.
What we are looking for -
- An Electrical background is essential, but some training will be provided.
- A current UK driving license is essential.
- Applicants must have served a recognised Electrical qualification as detailed in the job description.
- Experience in heating services, boiler plant, pumps and ventilation systems within a health care environment would be advantageous.
- A great team player who is self-motivated and comfortable with remote working.
- A flexible approach to work is essential as variations to the standard working week may be necessary, to provide shift cover, and willing to participate in the on-call rota.
