Main duties of the job

Our evolving Medicines Management team are looking for a dynamic and passionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Our Medicines Management Technicians optimize medication use, support clinical teams, and improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

We are open to recruiting either an experience Pharmacy Technician at a Band 5 level, or a more junior Pharmacy Technician looking to make their next step in their career on a Band 4-5 Progressive Framework.

Patient consultation and Medicines Reconciliation Labelling, Dispensing and Checking of Medications both in the dispensary and at ward level Counselling patients on new medications Proactive self-management of workload Excellent personal and communication skills
