An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and registered Pharmacy Technician to join our flexible, friendly, hardworking and well-established Medicine Management pharmacy team at Queens Hospital, Burton.
As an MMT, You will be responsible for providing a safe, efficient and accurate ward based pharmacy service for hospital inpatients including medicines reconciliation, patient counselling and ensuring safe and timely discharges.
To be able to prioritise and manage your own workload to provide a Medicines Management Service to inpatients on the ward with support from the team.
Co-ordinate with other sections and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
The team encourages personal development and recognises the importance of a work-life balance.
If you are a motivated, Registered Pharmacy Technician with demonstrable post qualification experience who wants to make a real difference to patient care then we would love to hear from you.
