Job overview

The role is responsible for working as part of the Medical Staffing Team in delivering training and ensuring roster production within Resident Doctor rotational times.

The successful applicant will be a key member of the Team who will ensure Medical Rosters are maintained and accurate. They will also be liaising with the Clinical Rota Co-Ordinators to ensure compliance and governance of contractual rules. *Please note this vacancy may close early once sufficient applications have been received*

Main duties of the job

  • The post holder will maintain the build and running of the Medical Rosters via Allocate and Healthroster, whilst engaging with Clinical Managers and other departments across the Trust.
  • The post holder will be expected update annual leave, sickness and aid colleagues to arrange shift swaps when required.
  • The post holder will produce, run and present various reports from Trust systems for use within the Trust and to external partners.
  • Responsible for discussions and sharing of information and advice with Clinical Rota Co-Ordinators and Medical Human Resources ensure slots and rotas are correct and built for full rotational period in Allocate.
