The Directorate of Medical Education are recruiting for two Medical Education Administrators to join their team.
These roles support the teaching and training within the health board and provide crucial support to ensure that NHS Tayside delivers the General Medical Council and NHS Education Scotland requirements for teaching and training.
Working with the team of Administrators to support learners, teachers, and trainers in NHS Tayside, the postholders will be given their own portfolio of duties/responsibilities. These posts will provide pivotal coordination and administrative support for the delivery of Medical Education within NHS Tayside.
This includes quality assurance of medical education activities, improving the quality of medical education delivery and compliance with Core Competency for teachers and trainers, the recording of teaching and training in job plans and appraisal.
