We are seeking individuals with clinical excellence and the ability to be visible, optimistic, and compassionate leaders who will develop staff by understanding their needs and aspirations. We would like you to help us by bringing your fresh perspective and ideas, actively contributing, and adding your voice to further improve collaborative working across the clinical areas.
We want to hear from you if you are as concerned about the lack of diversity at senior nursing levels within the NHS as we are. We believe that a greater combination of differences in our teams will bring more openness, energy, and discussion and will make a real difference to staff experience. Can you help us make that change?
