Mammography Radiographer
(Band 6, 1 WTE) – Part time may be considered
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammographer to join our patient focussed service in Tayside.
Based in Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, we are a Combined Unit providing both a Screening and Symptomatic Breast Imaging Service which also has close links to the University of Dundee Breast Research Team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team of radiographers and assistant practitioners to provide a screening and symptomatic imaging service to people living in Tayside, Angus, NE Fife and parts of Perthshire. This post will involve travelling to mobile screening vans. The post holder will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the mobile van locations.
Applicants must possess a BSc in Radiography, DCR or equivalent and be registered with the Health Care Professions Council as a Radiographer. A postgraduate qualification in mammography is essential.
