The purpose of this role is to manage the administration for the Make Ready Department and provide an efficient and effective administrative service to the Make Ready Management Team. The post holder will manage the day-to-day office administration for the department including the administration requirements for the Make Ready Staff. They will act as first point of contact for any queries from operations and autonomously manage these on a case by case basis. The post holder will be responsible for ordering all items which the department distribute via the trusts purchasing system. They will be required to receipt orders and oversee the department’s inventory system
