Permanent Role

Band 3 - £29,103 - £31,409

Maintenance Assistant post, with a bias towards the Built Environment, with a particular focus on maintaining and preserving building fabric items.

The post will be based at ARI Hospital, although there may be a requirement to assist in other locations, throughout the NHS Grampian portfolio, as activities dictate.

A general understanding of key building maintenance concepts and repair systems is required, where training opportunities will be provided to develop floor repair techniques, as part of an ongoing personal development plan.

Full Driving License

A general understanding of building maintenance techniques (theoretical and practical)
