To be responsible for providing full coordinator and administrative support to the Central London Liaison and Diversion team, including Charing Cross Police Custody, Westminster Magistrates Court and Central Criminal Court. This will involve proactive monitoring and tracking of screening and referrals of patients, working closely with clinicians and NHS trust colleagues. The role will also include word processing, receiving and disseminating information, maintaining electronic database/s, general reception duties and other administrative tasks to assist the Liaison and Diversion Team in carrying out a range of clinical/non clinical activity efficiently and effectively?
Coordinate patient information flow from Police Custody to the Magistrates Court and then to Prisons or community teams.
Provide administrative support to three Liaison and Diversion Teams across Police Custody, Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
Complete monthly data submission for NHS England and to produce data report and audits when required.
