This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the assertive outreach service as a Band 6 Community Lead professional. The right candidate will be enthusiastic and a highly organised mental health professional who is able to provide high quality care, assessment and treatment.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Community Mental Health Service across a whole range of clients experiencing mental ill health within the assertive outreach and community rehab pathway.  The service will be delivered in collaboration with representatives from other agencies and therefore the ability to work independently and with partner agencies is essential.

It is essential that applicants can demonstrate post registration experience as an RMN or other qualified staff, which may include inpatient and community settings.
