Who we’re looking for:
- Solid foundation experience with hospital paediatric pharmacy.
- Specialist experience in stem cell transplantation (training can be supported).
- Someone motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to develop advanced practice skills.
- Systemic anti-cancer treatment (SACT) accreditation.

Main duties of the job
- Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care for children and young people.
- Take part in guideline development and review.
- Help manage drug spend and support cost-effective prescribing.
- Provide training and teaching for pharmacists and the wider team.
- Get involved in risk management, audit, and quality improvement.
- Support new drug applications.
- Provide clinical and specialist support to the outpatient pharmacy partnership.
- Deputise for the Senior Lead Pharmacist when needed.
