We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Pharmacist to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team at the Harbour Inpatient Unit. The successful candidate will establish and develop a clinical model of working as a senior level clinician and Non-Medical Prescriber at the Harbour, a 154 bedded mental health hospital situated on the Fylde coast. This role involves ensuring appropriate medicines optimisation across the patient pathway, providing expert advice on prescribing for complex cases and creating new models for delivering patient care.
