We are looking for an innovative, committed, and caring practitioners with considerable post qualifying experience within inpatient services. The successful candidates will require with demonstrable leadership skills within inpatient services and be able to evidence how they will lead the inpatient teams in managing complex cases and supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
We foster an MDT approach to the assessment, formulation, planning, and delivery of interventions to achieve positive service user outcomes. We work in an integrated way to ensure that care is wrapped around the individual, with the person first and at the centre. The successful candidates will be required to work autonomously and as part of the MDT, demonstrating sound clinical decision making to effectively lead the nursing team.
The Lead Nurse will be expected to work clinically on their ward for minimum 50% of their working week and may be required to work across the 24hour shift pattern dependent on service need. You will be expected to be visible and supporting the ward team to deliver high quality care.
