Job summary

Main duties of the job

You will lead our ADHD pathway and Non-Medical Prescribing workforce. You will work as an integral part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team and Leadership Team where ADHD diagnosis is considered, and recommendations made. You will be competent in prescribing medications in this arena but will be supported to develop this skill if necessary. You will be able to make good relationships with professionals and families/carers and recognise the importance of multi-agency working in complex situations. You will be a forward thinking, innovative practitioner who has a passion for providing the best care possible for children and young people. The successful candidate will be a confident, autonomous, experienced practitioner who enjoys teaching and working with practitioners to advance their skills in ADHD and lead our expanding Non-Medical Prescribing team.
