Are you looking for a challenge? An opportunity to develop your remote and rural clinical skills? An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Remote & Rural Support Team for a clinical leadership role.
You will professionally lead the Rural Support Team Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and Paramedic Practitioners, who may be working in and out of hours across West Highland, with particular emphasis on the development of sound research, based clinical practice and the development of practical skills. You will be accountable for professional leadership, direction and delivery of high quality, safe, effective, and person-centred standards of practice for the nurses and paramedics in the Rural Support Team. This post must ensure that robust systems of clinical and professional governance, practice and professional development and accountability and assurance frameworks are in place.
You will be responsible for ensuring standards of care, promoting good practice. Thereby ensuring the best possible patient experience is delivered through high quality; person centred clinical practice and service delivery, interfacing with key stakeholders to implement change as required. You will work alongside RST team members and or autonomously as an Advanced Practitioner using advanced and specialist clinical practice skills.
The post holder will support the operational management of clinical, care, financial and staff governance.
