You will have one day a week allocated for supporting professional activities.
A full induction programme will be offered.
The post will be initially for a period of 6 months with possibility of extension beyond this.
Specialty Doctor with Lambeth Home Treatment Team and Lambeth Crisis Outreach Service will provide psychiatric medical input to patients with Lambeth HTT and patients being assessed by Lambeth COS. The post holder will be part of the wider medical provision for both teams which includes two consultant psychiatrists, a higher trainee shared with an inpatient ward, a CT and another specialty doctor. The post holder will be involved in the assessment and management of adults who are of a clinical and risk profile requiring HTT follow up or COS assessment. Patients typically present with an acute mental disorder and associated vulnerabilities with risk to themselves or others.
