An exciting opportunity has arisen for keyworkers to join us in the new KCHFT autism keyworker support service. We are looking to employ individuals who have experience of supporting individuals and have good knowledge of, and an interest in, helping autistic people. We will offer you appropriate training. You will be fully supported in your role through regular one to one supervision. We are a team of specialists who work with autistic people and we are trained champions in supporting autistic people in the workplace. In this role, you will deliver person-centred services through one to one and group work activities.

The team are recruiting into posts across Kent with each individual working primarily work within one of the four areas; West Kent, East Kent, Medway & Swale, Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley.
