An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trust’s Performance and Information Team for a Junior Information Analyst to play a key role in supporting the organisation’s data analytics and reporting functions. Working within the Performance and Information team, the post holder is responsible for supporting the development of dashboards, visualisations, and statutory returns to enable evidence-based decision-making across clinical and managerial teams. This role sits within a collaborative team environment, and we are seeking an individual who values teamwork and actively contributes to shared goals.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. In this role, you’ll take ownership of ensuring the timely submission of mandatory external returns and internal reports. You’ll work with a variety of data tools, including SQL, Tableau, and SSRS, so we’re seeking someone who learns quickly and enjoys solving complex logic challenges.
This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of data and analytics while collaborating with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues across the Trust. Your work will help produce clean, actionable insights for clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders—all within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
