We’re looking for an Integration Engineer to help shape the future of digital healthcare at the RUH.

In this role, you’ll lead on delivering secure, reliable, and standards-based integrations with HL7, FHIR, Mirth Connect, and Health Connect.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring clinical and administrative systems share accurate, consistent information - making a real difference to patient care.

Main duties of the job

  • Integration Engine Support & Maintenance Monitor, support, install, configure, and upgrade the Trust’s integration engines, including Mirth Connect and Health Connect. Deliver changes and enhancements to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

  • Interface Development Design, build, and maintain new and existing interfaces using industry standards and tools including HL7, FHIR, SQL, PL/SQL, ODBC calls, XML/XSLT, Windows Batch Files, Web Services, Java, TCL, .NET, and DICOM. Support the transition to FHIR-based integration where required.
