Job overview

This senior interim role will provide expert strategic leadership to design, oversee and deliver a comprehensive review of governance arrangements, with a particular focus on clinical governance at speciality, divisional and Trust wide level.

Main duties of the job

You will assess the effectiveness of current governance frameworks in supporting safe, high-quality, and compliant care across all clinical divisions and corporate functions. You will make evidence-based recommendations and support the development of an improvement plan to enhance governance maturity and performance in line with CQC expectations, NHS England guidance, and national good practice.

This will be a time limited piece of work assessing current clinical governance maturity.
