We are recruiting for a research and engagement expert to join the Oxford Healthcare Improvement (OHI) team at Oxford Health as Improvement Officer – Research and Engagement.
You'll work closely with colleagues in quality improvement (QI) and clinical audit to support projects and deliver training across the organisation. You'll be encouraging the effective use of research and data in improvement work and will also play a pivotal part in planning and delivering an engagement strategy for the team.
This is a key role within the OHI team with great opportunities for development. You'll be providing research guidance and expertise to quality improvement (QI) project teams and develop and deliver a communications and engagement strategy for OHI. You'll also be supporting one of the Directorate ‘QI Hubs’, deliver some QI training, and contribute to the overall objectives of OHI.
We are looking for someone with analytical skills and fresh ideas about how we communicate with staff, service users, and other stakeholders. If you are excited about making real change to the care of our patients and the working lives of our NHS colleagues, we want to hear from you!
Interviews for this role will be held on Wednesday 30 July at one of our Trust buildings in Oxford.
