An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service and Performance Facilitator within Imaging, providing support to the Senior Service Manager within the Specialist Cancer and Support Services Group.
We are seeking an aspiring Service and Performance Facilitator who is a motivated, forward-thinking and dynamic team player.
There will be a requirement for you to work under minimal supervision and on your own initiative. It is essential that you are able to manage your own work to meet strict deadlines. There will also be a requirement for you to work across various sites within the Humber Health Partnership.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of tasks to assist with the provision of patient-centred care with the Radiology Department. Your operational management and leadership skills will be developed in this role.
You will be supporting the delivery of performance related work around Referral to Treatment compliance, Cancer and Diagnostic KPI's therefore an understanding of of these pathways are essential. You will have the ability to form effective working relationships and must be a strong team player.
To succeed you must have demonstrable experience of working within a senior administrative capacity with leadership or supervisory experience. You should have the ability to cope with a fast-paced and varied workload, whilst working under pressure and meeting deadlines; therefore a confident, assertive but yet approachable style is essential. We are searching for a candidate with flexibility and will be required to work closely with the staff from all disciplines from across the organisation.
