We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Band 7 Team Leader to join the Airedale Home Based Treatment Team Service based at the Airedale Centre for mental health to cover secondment for 12 months
The Intensive Home treatment operates 24/7 to provide responsive mental health care in the community setting, delivered by experienced and established multidisciplinary team. We aim to provide an alternative to hospital admission and care for service users in the least restrictive way. As a Trust, we are committed to our services delivering models that are clinically led and in alliance with our voluntary care partners.

As the successful candidate working 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday, you will be enthusiastic, flexible and committed to enabling robust operational delivery of high-quality mental health care in the community setting. As an experienced and strong leader, you will bring with you a range of experiences in leading a mental health team. As well as previous knowledge home-based treatment mental health service and a good knowledgebase of acute care. Your personal attributes will enable you to effectively lead a dynamic and diverse team of practitioners and work positively with the multidisciplinary leadership team to shape the service going forwards.
