ICT Operational Junior Support Engineer

Job overview

The successful applicants will be part of the ICT Service Desk  providing support to users across a range of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) sites.

This is a junior role supported by senior members of the team.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicants will take part in a varied range of activity such as fault resolution, service request fulfillment, installation, repair and maintenance of networked PCs, peripheral hardware, software and attachments to host systems. The post holders should have a basic understanding of Windows desktops and good customer service skills.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
