We require a caring, highly motivated, ward housekeeper to join our team. You will possess excellent communication skills, work well as part of a team and can work in an extremely busy and challenging environment We are committed to providing a high standard of care to our patients using a multi-disciplinary team approach. This role on the ward will be over a 7-day week including weekends.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

This job involves:

working over a 7 day week including weekend work

stock check weekly and more often as necessary

• rdering materials and stock for the ward

filling up linen cupboard

assisting with drinks and food and ordering meals daily for patients

keeping the ward tidy

escalating any issues to the correct people

patient advocate

mixing with a wide team of health professionals

maintaining professional at all times

following the trust values

Ordering meals for patients when required and liasing with kitchen
