Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for High Intensity CBT therapist to join the NHS Talking Therapies delivered by Talking Therapies Southwark (TTS). We are seeking enthusiastic CBT therapists who are passionate about developing their skills in order to help improve the lives of others. Successful applicants can expect to join a highly valued and motivated TTS workforce who are committed to develop a person-centred and effective psychological assessment and treatment service to the local population.  We are keen to offer CPD and training opportunities to our permanent staff (after they have consolidated their CBT learning and application) who are keen to develop their therapeutic skills in supervision or treatment modalities other than CBT, e.g. IPT, EMDR, BCT, NET, MBCT.

Main duties of the job

You will offer assessment and 1:1 high intensity CBT interventions via telephone, video or face-to-face appointments. As part of your role you will also receive weekly supervision as well as opportunities to provide supervision to other colleagues in the team. As one of the few Trusts in London we are proud to offer flexible working as part of our new ways of working, and we are happy to talk flexible working at the interview stage.
