We are looking for Healthcare support workers across our mental health services;
Melbury lodge-adult mental health wards in Winchester
Parklands-adult mental health wards including older person mental health in Basingstoke
Children and adolescent mental health(CAMHS) inpatient wards; Bluebird, Austen and Serenity across Tatchbury Mount and Winchester
Elmleigh in Havant and The Orchards and Southsea
Forensic services; Southfield(Tatchbury Mount) Calmore or Ravenswood In Fareham. There is an additional forensic lead payment of £1401 pro rata, per annum for these services.
You will assist and support qualified staff, carrying out assigned tasks as directed, without supervision. This will include housekeeping duties where required.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, using them to engage, persuade or negotiate with clients with complex or challenging needs to ensure they receive the most appropriate care and support.
