Job overview

We are looking for experienced health care workers to join our staff bank to support our hospital wards in the following locations:

  • Benenden East Ward
  • Hawkhurst Hospital
  • Deal Hospital
  • West View Hospital
  • Westbrook House

Main duties of the job

Some of your duties will include,

  • Keeping the people who use our services as safe as possible through the use of sound clinical skills and effective risk assessments, escalating concerns to a Registered Healthcare Professional when needed
  • Ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes by using up-to-date skills and adhering to evidence-based policies and procedures within the scope of your assessed competence
  • Ensuring the people using our services have a good experience
