Job summary

Main duties of the job

Be a qualified Health Visitor or qualifying in the next 6 months.

Provide supportive leadership within the 0-19 team

Be an autonomous practitioner who can support the needs of the team and service.

Take part in service development, promote innovation, and demonstrate skills in public health.

Have a flexible and conscientious approach to tasks.

Be able to communicate effectively with partner agencies, promoting the work and reputation of the service, working for the best interests of the child, and adopting a think family approach.

As a key professional in the protection of children, you will be required to work collaboratively with other agencies to meet their needs.
