We’re looking for a dedicated Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to join our dynamic Medical Expected Assessment Unit at Llandough Hospital. This is your chance to play a vital role in supporting acutely unwell patients and be part of a team that values compassion, teamwork, and excellence.

MEAU provides care for acutely unwell patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care and supporting patients through their assessment and treatment journey.

The successful candidate will assist with essential clinical tasks, maintain a safe and clean ward environment, and support investigations, transfers, and discharges. You will work alongside experienced staff who will provide guidance and support to help you transition smoothly into the role.
