Duties and Responsibilities
To work as part of the Bladder and Bowel Care Service providing specific care, including psychological and emotional support to patients in the community setting including nursing and residential homes and patients homes, as written in care pathway.
To have the ability to work autonomously.
To undertake reviews of patients receiving continence supplies and assist monitoring the use of products.
To be responsible for the ordering of continence products, or aids. Monitor stock control of equipment required.
To work in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures.
To be able to use a computer.
Flexible working will be considered for all roles.
Unfortunately, we do not hold a sponsor licence for working Visas.
