NHS Forth Valley is looking for a dynamic Head of Workforce Relations to drive excellence in employee relations and shape the future of our workforce services.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD Chartered Membership and a relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR role within a large, complex organisation (NHS experience desirable).
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead change effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
