Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital and accountable to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, you'll lead the Trusts Digital Delivery and Transformation function. You'll manage a multidisciplinary team spanning project and programme management, change, digital training, workstreams and portfolio support, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of the digital transformation portfolio. The role offers significant autonomy, responsibility for major budgets, and deputising for the Associate Director when required.

You'll provide visible leadership across digital delivery, change and training; own portfolio governance, prioritisation, benefits and financial oversight; act as Senior Responsible Officer for key programmes; and build strong partnerships with clinicians, corporate teams, suppliers and regional NHS organisations. You'll translate complex technical concepts for senior audiences and embed robust project, programme and change management practices to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
