Job summary

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for triaging calls and emails and signposting accordingly in a timely manner to progress the patients care pathway you will liaise with other colleagues and departments both within the hospital and the community and also work closely with CNS colleagues and our wider multidisciplinary team.
